Frequently Asked Questions - FAQs
Which airport do I have to book my flights?
The nearest airport is Denizli Çardak Airport (50 km), you can fly via İstanbul. From Çardak airport we will have shuttles for all flights.
Also you can fly to Antalya/İzmir/Dalaman airports. These airports have lots of direct flights from other countries. All the airports are all around 240 km to the hotel.
We will arrange shuttles from these airports according to the arrival time of tangueros. On wednesday, thursday and friday to the hotel and monday back to the airports.
I could not decide to join a hot balloon ride now. When I arrive may I join?
In April it can be difficult to find a free slot for a hot balloon ride. And the balloon fee can change daily according to demand.
What must I bring for a hot balloon tour?
It will be a bit of fresh air in the early morning so it will be better for you to bring clothes to keep you warm. Also please send your passport numbers before your arrival.
I could not decide to join the Hierapolis tour now. When I arrive may I join?
Yes you can join. We will arrange a shuttle according to the number of attendees. Also bring your swimsuits and enjoy the Cleopatra Pool which is 36 degrees during the year.
Is it possible to order a Tshirt during the marathon?
We will bring pre orders. But also we will have a limited amount of Tshirts with us.
My partner/husband/wife/kid does not dance tango. They can join me?What will be the price?
Yes, they can. Please write a note in your application form. We will give information in your confirmation emails. 0-6 years old kids are free. 6-12 year old kids are %50 discount. Older than 12 years old full payment for the hotel. (no marathon pass)
Can we stay additional days before or after the marathon?
Yes you can. Please write your additional days in your registration form.
Is there any SPA center in the Hotel?
Yes it has. And we made an agreement with the SPA center for tangueros. When you give your room number and say that you are from the tango group you will have a%10 discount for all massage services.
What is included in the marathon fee?
Accomodation, all day and night milongas, open buffet breakfast and open buffet dinner, water, tea, coffee and refreshments during the milongas.
How can I pay the marathon fee?
In the confirmation email we will send all the payment details. You will choose which one is suitable for you. You can pay 150 euros for prepayment to keep your place.
How will the weather be during the marathon?
Generally it is more then 20 degrees in April. Very less rain.
